Cancellation & Refund Policy

Initial Commitment: We ask for a 90-day initial engagement period to allow adequate time for campaign setup, data collection, and optimization. This period is essential for achieving meaningful results.

Month-to-Month After 90 Days: After the initial 90-day period, your engagement continues on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to admin@powerfunnels.com.

Refund Policy: Management fees are non-refundable for services already rendered. If you cancel within the initial 90-day period, you are responsible for management fees through the end of that period. After the initial period, cancellation with 30 days notice means no further management fees will be charged after your final billing cycle.

Performance Guarantee: If we fail to measurably improve your campaign performance (lower cost per lead, higher conversion rate, or better ROAS) within the initial 90-day period, you receive one additional month of management at no charge. This applies to management fees only, not ad spend. Minimum qualifying ad spend: $2,500/month.

No Exit Fees: There are no early termination fees, exit penalties, or account transfer charges. Your Google Ads account, campaigns, data, and all associated assets remain your property at all times.
