1. Agreement

By using the PowerFunnels website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide Google Ads management, landing page, reporting, and related marketing services as described in your service agreement. Specific deliverables and fees are set out in that agreement.

3. Month-to-month terms

After an initial 90-day onboarding period, services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel with notice as described in your service agreement.

4. Account ownership

You retain ownership of your advertising accounts and all associated data. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform and is separate from our management fees.

5. No guarantee of specific results

Advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including market, competition, and budget. We do not guarantee specific outcomes except as expressly stated in a written guarantee.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
